I started working at Red Lobster on August 30. I'm a service assistant and a trainee for the past three weeks. My training is long over due. The hours are terrible, not enough hours at all. I'm only on the work schedule 2 days in a week, my shift is 3 to 4 hours. Not making enough money. Management could be better.
