LMU is not really a Christian school just FYI. Match rates at religious hospital systems are no higher than other schools. Most of my friends, myself included, wind up at either academic centers or university based programs. LMU DCOM has had a reputation for notoriously bad clinical rotations for the past like 10 years. I’ve heard of it referred to as an “unmitigated disaster”. The most egregious example I’m familiar with is someone having to accept shadowing in an ortho office as their general surgery rotation, which for reference is insane.
