New Emberstone Tiger Pet. Since I could redeem the pack again today, I did it on another wizard without steal pip and received 4 steal pip spellements (the amount needed for the spell). This likely means steal pip is not account-based. This isn't a confirmation as it could be a matter of luck but it's close. If anyone else could test this and share results that'd be great.
