Soft and Wet can't heal people or manipulate time, so i think it's fair. The biggest thing i thought was unfair about Gold Experience was that Giorno could heal himself, unlike Crazy Diamond. But Part 5's villain has a ridiculously overpowered stand too, so it was balanced out. So GER has no choice but to just sit and do nothing because D4C will just camp in LT.
