A couple ores in the mountains near my base, I've heard you can get it in the mining dimension but I've had no luck there. For reference, I made a vibranium sight charm and got 40 ores, which I then turned into a stack and a half of ingots. With allthemodium, I found a few ores early game and that's really it.
I don't know much about atm7, but if there is The Other dimension, you should search the surface, find your first piece of vibranium and make a charm of vibraniumSight. These tunnels are at y = -30 and y = 1. I recall when I was playing ATM7 that initially it did drop, but after some update a while ago, it stopped dropping when broken. It takes you to the allthemodium mining dimension, where ore spawns are turned up, it's always day, never gets dark even underground, and allthemodium spawns pretty frequently.
