Not the worst in the world but it hurt to sit and go number 2 for about a week. As for my progress, it slowed me down at first.

there are lots of reasons for pain with sex but it definitely sounds like vaginismus could be a part of it! the burning, sharp pain is definitely relatable. if you have the ability to have an initial session with a pelvic pt (or to get a diagnosis by a gyn) i would definitely recommend! you can also try relaxation exercises and dilation by yourself.
