Cat c15 jake brake not working.

I got cat c15 motor with engine brake issue , it shut down the truck when we turn engine brake on , I opened the valve cover and press the solenoid button Mannually and it get keep pressed and not come back and when we switch off the solenoids come back to normal position , so we disconnect the solenoids wires and press the button they all started working good , so looks like some electrical ...I have removed the extra wiring shown on the diagram so all you see is the engine brake wiring. The wire numbered 22-A-.8 is the first wire in teh circuit, it goes from the fuse to the jake switch and the relays. When the jake switch is turned on low power goes to pin 85 on the low relay, it goes to pin 85 on both relays in high position.The Jake Brake is an invaluable, extra tool available for truck drivers. It is primarily used for slowing down a big rig in certain situations. It is not intended as a substitute for the service brakes. It operates using the diesel engine’s own power. The same force that gives the truck power is used to slow it down.With out cats ET I would check under valve cover area first check by activating each solenoid.This will tell if you need to check electrical wiring back to the ecm then to the brake switch then to the control dash brake switch.
