The "comp" isn't very effective. We're talking about something that only gets gassed a tiny bit before the barrel blocks the comp as the slide reciprocates. You're exhanging almost an inch of barrel length to have the inherently least effective comp you could design. Honestly the p365xl already shoots flatter than a p320 compact and x carry, it just has more felt recoil (force right into the hand) than the 320. The bigger surface area of the grip on the MACRO helps spread out the force on the hand and the slide comp helps as well. The difference is slight but noticeable.
