I couldn't get it to work at all a couple of days ago, then had no problems yesterday and several hours today until just now. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps with Bethesda support but their steps didn't help. At this point I imagine it's probably something going on with their servers that they won't admit.

Bethesda’s temporary downtime is pretty common. On any day that happens to have a ‘y’ in its name. But there does seem to be a tangible connection between every time Fallout 76 gets an update and Skyrim Mods server turning to shit. It does seem happen every time.
