Your settings for ESO are synced to the ESO servers, so when you hop back on PC, you will have the controller UI and will need to toggle it back off. Yep, it works fine on deck for me. There were a couple caveats: Upon installation I got a black screen, I had to bring up the On-Screen Keyboard and hit enter. For best results, enable gamepad mode inside the game. It is hidden in one of those menus after creating a character.
