Even though they're made of a molded plastic, it's a good-quality plastic that works a lot like hard rubber when refaced. I've made some of my best bass clarinet mouthpieces out of inexpensive Yamaha 4C, 5C and 6C 'blanks' (the original facing number doesn't matter since I completely change the facing anyway).
The Mouthpiece is a stamped 926 mouthpiece and again in very good conditions. The case is old, and possibly original, it still functions well and comes with keys for the locks. The clarinet bears two Boosey and Hawkes ‘Imperial’ stamps. The body and bell are not stamped with a 926 stamp. For Bb clarinet the note concert Bb i.e. clarinet C provides a much more stable tuning note than the clarinet B (concert A) which is a bell tone.
