I have a FDE RM06 Type 2 on my glock and love it. I trust my life with it. On my range AR's I have sig romeo 5's which are made by holosun and they are fantastic. However on my self defense AR its aimpoint or trijicon.

507k has three options: 2 MOA dot, 32 MOA circle, 2 MOA dot inside 32 MOA circle. I have a 407CO X2 (Yes, I know it won't fit on a Holosun K footprint). Check that the screws are not bottoming in the holes. I went with the Holosun 507K because it has the shake awake feature, 3 different reticles, a 2 MOA dot, battery tray is on the side (you don't have to remove it to replace the battery), and the housing is aluminum instead of polymer unlike most other red dots in the micro size. I have a Holosun on my AR and it's been great so I trust the brand.

Recently struggled with getting my Holosun 507k mounted to the new optics ready Shield Plus. Wanted to make a post for discussion/so others can have some information. Get a Holosun 407k or 507k. And they’re great sights. Obviously you get what you pay for, so they’re a bit more than the Romeo Zero line, but they’re worth it and will last.
