In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded cabbage with the minced onion and carrot. In a separate large bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, and miracle whip until completely blended. Whisk in, breaking up the cream cheese, until melted into a cheesy sauce. Remove from the heat. Add corn and ham. Stir the corn kernels and ham into the sauce until evenly coated, then transfer to a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake. Cover the cheesy corn with foil and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
