About Firely .NET SDK. Firely .NET SDK provides a set of tools and libraries that make it easier for developers to work with FHIR resources in .NET applications. It’s open source and can be downloaded from the GitHub repository. It is regularly updated to keep up with the latest developments in the FHIR standard. SMART on FHIR’s authorization scheme uses OAuth scopes to communicate (and negotiate) access requirements. Providing apps with access to broad data sets is consistent with current common practices (e.g. interface engines also provide access to broad data sets); access is also limited based on the privileges of the user in context.
