after updated BIOS, Resizable Bar option show out in BIOS screen. but 3650 is using W580 chipset and 11gen cpu. for 3640 , dell confirmed not support resizable bar Y_Y. as far as i can tell i have all of whats needed to do this but cannot find anything in dells support showing how to do this with my motherboard. heres some info precision 7530 ....
