This mod be incorrectly locked/unlocked but be default to unlocked. I've never had this problem before, and I have literally worked the last 14 hours trying to get mods to work for this game. Had some installed and want to remove them. I uninstalled the game and vortex through geekuninstaller, even went into the files for bg3 and deleted everything. Reinstalled game, loaded it up and my mods are still there along with my save file.
